Radish and Cucumber Salad with Herb-Infused Yogurt Dressing

- 16 oz radishes, thinly sliced
- 1 large cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons honey
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
In a large bowl, combine the thinly sliced radishes and cucumber
